The ‘Wheelbarrow’ position is all about the receiver’s upper body strength and the penetrator’s back and leg strength. The receiving partner start on all fours, and then you lift up their pelvis until you can penetrate them. The giver holds their partner’s legs up while they hold themselves up on the floor as if they are a wheelbarrow.
It was the most-searched-for sex position in Missouri, Vermont and Washington.
