The highs and lows of the 7 sexiest celebrity millionaires in Britain
Heat have gone and released another one of those lists.
Which is good, because the internet bloody loves lists. Can’t get enough of ’em – especially when they involve pretty ladies and large amounts of money.
Which is why the list is about both of those things – specifically, the richest British stars under the age of 30.
So, eager to get in on the list-based action ourselves, we decided to provide you with the highs and lows of the sexiest members of that hallowed collection of British ballers…
Cara Delevingne: £7.49 million
High point: She’s got the most influential eyebrows in the whole bloody world. They’re so famous, in fact, that her hairy caterpillars have reportedly caused a massive downturn in UK tweezer sales.
Low point: There’s not been one yet, but the tweezer industry are inevitably planning their revenge, so watch this space.
Gemma Arterton: £7.98 million
High point: Arterton won herself the role of a lifetime after being cast as a Bond girl in 2008’s Quantum of Solace. She played the quirkily/annoyingly named Strawberry Fields, and described herself as the ‘thinking man’s crumpet’ (which allowed us to feel smug while fancying her, which was nice).
Low point: Quantum of Solace turned out to be a bit rubbish. Oh well.
Emily Blunt: £12.6 Million
High point: Probably her breakthrough role in your girlfriend’s favourite film, ‘The Devil Wears Prada’.
Low point: Gnomeo and Juliet, obviously.
Katie Melua: £12.63 Million
High point: Whether or not you’re a fan of her made-for-dinner-party music, there’s no denying that it really has brought in the big bucks.
Low point: She once dated the lead singer from The Kooks, and that quite simply isn’t on.
Cheryl Cole: £16 Million
High point: She was part of the most successful girl group since The Spice Girls, and now showcases her perfect dimpled face as a judge on The X Factor.
Low point: There have been a few, but we’ll settle with the fact thate she needs to make small talk with Louis Walsh on a weekly basis.
Emma Watson: £31.66 Million
High point: At the tender age of 9, she was cast as smarmy know-it-all Hermione Granger in a film adaptation of J.K Rowling’s book series Harry Potter. The rest, as they say, is history…
Low point: Her Potter past had an adverse effect when she went on to university. At one point, any correct answer she offered in class was reportedly greeted with the cheer ‘Three points to Gryffindor!”.
Keira Knightley: £39.95 Million
High point: It’s a toss-up between The Pirates of the Caribbean franchise and her star-turn in Bend It Like Beckham.
Low Point: That affair she had with Rick from The Walking Dead in Love Actually soured our opinion of her, really.
