If you’ve lost romance and excitement in your long-term relationship, it may be time to spice up your sex life. Kids, work, dishes, laundry, same ol’ everything is a perfect recipe for a boring intimate life for the married woman and man!
Try a mini vacation or overnight, just for two, to help spice things up—aka “sexcation.” Here’s how you can fix your marriage with a sexcation:
1. Frame Of Mind
Time to get your sexy on! Begin to think of how you and your partner used to be romantically and sexually. Know that this in vacation you’re going to turn up the volume, expanding your mind and releasing inhibitions.
2. Start Texting
Begin to text little sexy suggestions to your significant other. Let them know there are surprises in store but keep them a secret. Do this every day prior to vacay.
3. Get Clean
Your guy will go crazy if you get a Brazilian wax. If the fear of the pain is too much for you, at least shave it all off. Yes, all! If it’s your 1st time for a Brazilian, you may want to do it a week ahead of time. Skin can be very sensitive and you may need a bit of recovery time.
4. Lingerie/Sexy Wear
Get a more risque style that you’ve never worn. Bodystocking, crotchless underwear for dinner, thigh-high boots, stilettos (for room only. We don’t want you breaking your leg & ruin the weekend!). Anything that is beyond what you’ve worn before.
5. Sexy Play Products
Bring em’ if you have them or have it delivered discreetly to your hotel. Have your significant other pick it up and open the surprise inside.

6. Wine, Champagne, Or Cocktails

7. Pack Light Foods
You may never leave the room so pack some little nibbles to keep your energy up and to show your partner that you have thoroughly planned for this incredible night/day/morning (hopefully all 3!).
Cheese, crackers, dips, strawberries, chocolate, etc. Nothing too filling or messy…unless it’s whipped cream or something of that nature.
Try to get away at least 3-4 times a year. Make sure to follow step #1. Your time will go by quickly and you need to take full advantage.
