Premature ejaculation (PE) is one of the most common male sexual problems which effects roughly 30% of lads at some point in their lives.
Typically a guy with PE will blow his load less than two minutes into sex, while the average guy can last for just over seven minutes.
But one sex stallion, who managed to overcome his issue of coming too quickly, has shared three pieces of advice for prolonging pleasure in the sack.
After curing himself of his penis problem, Ian Kerner became a sex therapist and wrote a book about pleasing women in bed, titled ‘She Comes First’.
“Through much of my life I’ve suffered from sexual dysfunction, and I know all too well the humiliation, anxiety and despair of not being able to satisfy a woman,” he wrote.
Here are Ian’s three top tips for lasting longer in bed naturally:
1. Master the mini-orgasm
“Practice masturbating nearly to the point of ejaculation, and then stop”
In an article for Men’s Health, the sexpert explains that lads should “practice masturbating nearly to the point of ejaculation, and then stop”.
Guys will know they’ve reached the mini-orgasm phase because they will experience one or two small pelvic contractions but won’t fully ejaculate.
Once familiar with the technique, it’s time to employ it during sex to ease the tension mid-romp and allow you to last longer without completely blowing your load.
2. Make your penis a sex toy
Ian favours perpendicular sex positions that allow guys to stimulate a woman’s clitoris without actual penetration.
He said: “As you each lie on your side facing each other, create a 90-degree angle between your shaft and her vulva.
“Instead of penetrating, press your shaft lengthwise against her clitoris and gently move it back and forth.”
3. Use a numbing spray
Men can purchase sprays containing a local anasethetic called lidocaine to delay ejaculation, which can increase lasting power by up to two minutes.
One study found guys could for as long as 11 minutes after a few spritzes to their schlong.
