SEX SIN: 10% of people admit to checking their phones during sex
When you’re having sex with someone, you hope that you have their undivided attention, but this isn’t always the case.
A recent sex study found that 10% of people have checked their phone mid-romp.
Shockingly a whopping 43% said looking at their mobile during sex wasn’t a one off occurrence either.
Around 70% of youngsters have sex once a week, but 36% get between the sheets several times a week
In fact, this group admitted they’d checked their phones during the act between two and 10 times in the past year alone.
The study, conducted by phone signal booster company SureCall, surveyed 1,000 people on their bedroom habits.
Research suggested the phone-checkers are of a certain age. Those between 18-34 are almost twice as likely to glance at their screen half way through the act, according to the research.
But they’re not just checking their phones during sex. A staggering 69% said they scan for messages while on the toilet.
And a further 75% admitted to sleeping with their phone on or having the device near their the bed.
